Late Check-Out
- Late Check-Out may be available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Please note that a late check-out may result in a $30 fee.
Reservations
- To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card is required.
- Payment in full is due upon arrival and can be made by credit card.
- Debit payments are accepted; however, a $300 cash damage deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded during check-out, provided no damages have been incurred.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change.
- Additional guest charges may apply.
Property and Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival incur no charge.
Damages
- Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay.
- The guest agrees to be personally liable for payment if a third party fails to pay.
No Smoking
- Smoking or vaping in the rented room is strictly prohibited.
- Guests will be fined $300 for violating the no smoking policy.
Amenities
- Only registered in-house guests are permitted to use amenities such as the "grab and go breakfast."
General Policies
- Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM.
- Guests are required to refrain from loitering in the hallways and lobby areas.
- Non-compliance with policies may result in guests being asked to leave.
- In case of non-compliance, hotel management reserves the right to notify authorities for assistance.
Pet Policies
- Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement only.
- A pet-friendly rate of $25 per day plus taxes applies.
- Guests will be charged for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
